Findings are delivered as a standalone report — with evidence, in plain language, and a recommendation — separated from any implementation proposal. The report is usable by whichever team or vendor ends up doing the work, not just by us.
Any potential conflict — for example, if implementing our own recommendation is on the table — is disclosed upfront, before the engagement starts.
